Most extraordinary-ability visas die on one problem: no single company is willing to file for you. Aventus files as your agent — so you can work for many clients, in many places, on one visa.
No cost to find out where you stand. No account to create first.
The same visa, filed a different way.
Aventus signs and files the I-129 — not your client, not your employer.
Multiple engagements are bundled into one schedule of events the petition covers.
Add clients without a new petition for every one of them.
Evidence gathered once, reusable for an extension or a green-card case later.
If any of these is you, the agent structure is the reason your case is possible.
Coaches, trainers, consultants, producers, creatives — income from many sources, no single sponsor willing to own the filing.
You are the business. A company that exists to employ you invites hard questions Aventus's structure avoids.
A foreign company can't petition alone. An agent bridges it to US engagements.
Counsel already has the case. What's missing is an entity willing to sign it.
Four steps. You do the first one in about ten minutes.
Tell us what you've done. It's read against the eight O-1 criteria and benchmarked against the petitions this team has already filed — then you get a straight answer on which criteria you clear today and which are thin.
Everything you submitted lands in your profile. You never fill in the same thing twice.
Engagements, deal memos, support letters, exhibits — assembled into the package, with the gaps named so you can close them.
We are the petitioner of record and handle RFEs if one arrives.
A short walkthrough of the agent structure, the itinerary, and what we need from you — replacing this placeholder before launch.
Aventus runs its own matching service on the same engine — employers who already understand agent-based hiring, matched to talent who already have a petition path.
Your evaluation already built the profile. Matching reads it — you don't rewrite a résumé for every opportunity.
Because Aventus is the petitioner, a company can engage you without filing anything. That removes the single biggest reason offers fall through.
The same evidence that supports the petition supports the introduction. Nothing is collected twice.
These are inputs and inventory — what we have and what we support. We do not publish approval rates or predict outcomes.

Government filing fees are separate and paid to USCIS.
No. Aventus Visa Agents is a petitioner and agent service, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Where a case needs counsel, we work alongside your attorney — or introduce you to one.
US immigration rules let an agent file an O-1 or P-1 on behalf of someone who will work for multiple employers, or whose employer is overseas. The agent signs the I-129 and takes on the petitioner's obligations. It is an established filing route, not a workaround.
No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. USCIS decides. What we control is the quality and completeness of the package, and whether your evidence is honestly matched to the criteria before it is filed.
Then the evaluation says so plainly and names what's missing. Many people are one or two pieces of evidence away — a judging role, a published mention, a membership — and those are buildable over a few months.
Not to start. The itinerary is built from engagements, and those can be assembled as the case develops. If you need the work as well as the visa, that's what the matching side is for.
O1DMatch starts from the match — it connects talent and employers. Aventus starts from the filing — we are the petitioner. Both run on the same underlying engine, so a file built on one side is usable on the other.
Ten minutes, no account, no card. You'll get a straight read on which criteria you clear today — and what it would take to clear the rest.
